Starting her career at 19, she excelled, eventually pursuing an MBA at UT-Dallas after relocating to the U.S. Rockhaven, her brainchild, combines life coaching and staffing services, complemented by a nonprofit addressing societal needs.

Cathy’s core belief is that strong coaching promotes self-discovery and positive change. She empowers clients to overcome challenges, discover their identity, purpose, and destiny. As a Christian coach, she believes in the transformative power of faith. With 15+ years in counseling and coaching, she holds QHMP certification and is ICCA and AACC certified.
